APPVENTURE GAME FAQ

Question: There’s a big icon of a phone that turns around horizontally and covers the whole screen. How do I fix this?
Answer: If you’re using a phone, turn it horizontally, if you’re using a computer, turn on full-screen mode.

Question: There is a glitch in the sound and/or image. What can I do?
Answer: Try closing all programmes and browser windows open on your computer except for the game. If the problem persists, click the cog button to change the pixel resolution from High Resolution HD to Medium Resolution MD or Low Resolution SD.

Question: How do I exit the game?
Answer: Touch/click the button with four arrows in the upper left corner and close the browser window.

Question: What’s the difference between Player 1, Player 2 and Player 3?
Answer: The three Players are the same. The game can be played by three different people and each account saves the progress from each player.

Question: How can I save my progress?
Answer: The videogame automatically saves it.

WEBSITE FAQ

Question: Where can I find the products I have purchased?
Answer: Select My Library in the menu. If you don’t see your purchased products, log in to the site.

Question: Why do I need to register on the site? Why do I need to be online to use my purchased products?
Answer: You need to register and be online to access your purchased products. 

Question: Can I download the products I have purchased?
Answer: Some products can be downloaded, however, others can only be used when you’re online.

Question: Can I buy the same product multiple times?
Answer: No, you can only purchase a product one time. It is not possible to purchase multiple copies with the same account.

Question: Are the products covered by DRM?

Answer: No, the products are not covered by DRM, but they are bound to each account.

Question: Can I use the products I have purchased in class?
Answer: Yes, all the products can be used in class.

Question: Can I purchase multiple copies of the same product for my class/school?
