4.    Learning English Through Fun s.r.l. will also, in any case, use personal data for administrative and accounting purposes and for fulfilling contractual obligations towards users who are part of its clientele.

The personal data submitted through the registration procedures for the website services may be processed by Learning English Through Fun s.r.l. using automated tools. The possibility remains for Learning English Through Fun s.r.l. to process the aforementioned data in aggregate form, in compliance with the measures prescribed by the Data Protection Authority and by virtue of the specific exemption from consent provided by the same, for electronic analysis and processing (e.g.: classification of the entire clientele into homogeneous categories by levels of services, consumption, spending, etc.) aimed at periodically monitoring and adjusting the economic development and progress of the activities carried out, directing related commercial processes, improving services, as well as designing and implementing commercial communication campaigns.Learning English Through Fun s.r.l. follows security measures to prevent data loss, unlawful uses, and unauthorised access.

Personal data are recorded and stored on electronic databases located in Italy.

The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

At any time, the User  can exercise their access rights with regard to the Data Controller, under Article 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
